QuizLead offers a visual builder to create interactive quizzes that can be publicly shared and used as a lead generation tool. Each quiz includes an opt-in section to collect emails, which can be managed through a dashboard accessible via login. Login can be done via social login with Google, in which case only the user’s basic information such as email and name will be accessed.
4. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our site. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the modified terms. Users will be notified of such changes via email.
5. User Account
Creation and Security: Users must create an account to use the Service. Users are responsible for the security of their account and must keep their login credentials confidential.
Permitted Use: Users must use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Use of the Service for illegal or unauthorized activities is prohibited.
6. Payments and Refunds
Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different levels of functionality and limits, including free (freemium) plans with limited features and paid (PRO and PLUS) plans with advanced features.
Payments: All payments are securely managed through Stripe.
Refund Policy: Refunds can be requested within 30 days from the subscription date. No refunds are provided for automatic subscription renewals.

Data Collection and Use: We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Emails collected through quizzes remain visible and manageable by the user through the dashboard.
Third-Party Access: Data may be shared with third parties only as described in the Privacy Policy and solely to provide and improve the Service.
8. Cancellation and Suspension
Account Cancellation: Users can cancel their account at any time through the account settings. Once canceled, the account will remain active until the natural expiration of the subscription period.
Service Suspension and Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account in case of violation of these Terms or suspicious activities.
9. Intellectual Property
Content Rights: Users retain rights to the content created through the Service. However, they grant QuizLead a license to use such content to provide and improve the Service.
Licenses: Users grant QuizLead a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the content created through the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
QuizLead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from or in connection with access to or use of the Service.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and any dispute will be resolved in the competent court of Florence.
